The providers we use to deliver our managed IT and cybersecurity services.
MyPCFriends Cybersecurity uses the providers below to deliver our managed IT and cybersecurity services. This list is part of our Master Services Agreement (Version 2026.1 and later), which incorporates it by reference. We update it when our providers change. Your rights regarding each provider's service are governed by that provider's terms, linked below.

- We use AI only under business or enterprise terms that do not allow the provider to train its models on your data.
- A member of our team reviews AI output before we act on it or deliver it to you.
- We do not use AI with protected health information unless the provider has signed a Business Associate Agreement.
- Security tools may use AI to stop threats automatically, for example by isolating an infected computer.
- If you prefer that we do not use generative AI with your data, tell us in writing.
Change history
When we add or remove a provider, we record it here with the date. A removed provider no longer receives or processes your data after the date shown, except for data it must keep under its own terms or the law until it is deleted.
