MyPcFriends Cybersecurity, operated by Desysca Inc. ("MyPcFriends," "we," "us," or "our"), provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, compliance, and AI solutions. This Privacy Policy applies to our website and the services we provide. We act as a data controller for personal data collected through this website, and as a data processor for client data we handle while delivering our services (governed by our Master Service Agreement and Data Processing Agreement).

7. AI assistant & voice data

Voice processing is provided through a third-party voice technology provider acting on our behalf. We use this data only to assist you and improve the service, and we do not use it to make decisions with legal effects about you. You can always reach a human instead by phone, email, or our contact form.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

As a cybersecurity company, protection is core to what we do. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, monitoring, and the security practices we provide to clients, to safeguard your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
